Sampling frame
A .csv or .xlsx file with the columns external_ref and phone (E.164). This is how a vendor-drawn or self-generated frame enters the study.
No frame uploaded. The dry run will invent a fictitious one.
Withdrawal
Removes the phone number and the reference for one person. Their remaining data stays as one record that can no longer be linked to a number, and they leave every later denominator.
The number itself stays in the dialed register, unlinked. This step is deliberate: a follow-up study may still need the link, so it asks for grounds and cannot be undone.
